Social & Behavioral Change Communication (SBCC) Materials of INCA Project
SBCC is an important strategy of USAID’s INCA, Caritas for an interpersonal communication, social change and community mobilization and advocacy on improving nutrition of mother and child to support individuals, families, communities, health facilities. SBCC activities will be continued in adopting nutrition specific and sensitive practices among beneficiaries in USAID’s Improving Nutrition through Community-based Approaches (INCA) Project. To achieve the purpose, the project adopted training manuals and SBCC materials with prior permission of National Nutrition Services (NNS), Institute of Public Health Nutrition (IPHN). Four SBCC materials newly developed engaging different level SBCC experts of Caritas, United Purpose and NNS, IPHN, Community based Health Care (CBHC), National and International organizations. All materials are gender focused and containing message of pregnant, breastfeeding mother, children under 2 years and adolescents.
